Surface Intensity Comparator Measurement System
Optimal for "sound-based quality judgment" on production lines with high levels of background noise, such as motor line inspections.
This is a system that enables quality judgment using sound on production lines with high levels of ambient noise, utilizing a surface intensity sensor (integrating a microphone and vibration acceleration pickup) and a multi-channel analysis processor SA-02. Additionally, it can be measured without using soundproof facilities (such as anechoic chambers or boxes), allowing for the construction of a cost-effective and efficient line inspection system.
